Our firm has represented numerous colleges and institutions of higher learning regarding issues of discrimination and disability, and has worked through the U.S. Department of Education as well as state and federal courts administrative agencies such as the Illinois Board of Higher Education and regional accrediting bodies such as the Higher Learning Commission to provide our clients with positive outcomes.

Our attorneys routinely work with schools on issues involving the Higher Education Act of 1965, Title IV Funds, the Education Amendments of 1972 and Title IX matters. We have represented colleges in cases involving financial aid fraud with the U.S. Department of Education (DOE) and the U.S. Department of Justice.
