KATHRYN CIESLA: We handle all types of litigation, from the large contract disputes all the way down to small business disputes, small claims issues. But every case that we handle, no matter big, small, high dollar amount, low dollar amount, gets the same amount of attention from us.
STEVEN CLOH: One of the things that's important about handling litigation for someone is the communication. There's a lot of lawyers out there that have forgotten that the client hired them. They didn't hire the client. And the clients need to be treated in a respectful manner. I treat my clients in, in a way that I would expect a lawyer to treat me.
KATHRYN CIESLA: Clients have to understand what's involved in litigation, the toll it's going to take on them personally, emotionally, financially, the effect that it's going to have on their business or their reputation.
STEVEN CLOH: We advise the clients every step of the way. And we ask for their input on making decisions on the case because it's their case. They've hired us. We're there to fight for them but we need to know exactly what they want us to do.
